1. Purpose

Partner-Up Inc. provides a platform that connects businesses and brands with content creators for marketing campaigns and brand partnerships. This AUP ensures the platform is used lawfully, ethically, and in line with our core values of integrity, respect, and professionalism.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Creator Marketing Platform for any activity that:

  • Violates Laws or Regulations: Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities.
  • Infringes Intellectual Property: Uploading, sharing, or promoting content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • Harasses or Abuses Others: Posting or transmitting content that is offensive, defamatory, or harasses other users, creators, or Partner-Up Inc. staff.
  • Spreads Malware or Malicious Code: Attempting to introduce viruses, worms, or harmful code that may disrupt platform functionality.
  • Attempts Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access non-public areas of the platform, other user accounts, or confidential data without permission.
  • Circumvents Payment Processes: Attempting to bypass Stripe payment processing or avoid subscription fees through unauthorized methods.
  • Misrepresents Services: Providing false information about products, services, or marketing campaigns.
  • Exploits Vulnerabilities: Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities without following our Responsible Disclosure Policy.

3. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content submitted to the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing campaign details.
  • Product or service descriptions.
  • Ad targeting and budget information.

Content must not contain:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language.
  • Inappropriate or explicit material unrelated to the purpose of the platform.

4. Platform Integrity

Users must:

  • Use the platform only for its intended purpose – finding content creators for marketing campaigns.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company and campaign information.
  • Avoid spamming or sending unsolicited messages to creators.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Termination of service without refund.
  • Reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Legal action if necessary.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations at our discretion.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this AUP, please report it to info@partner-up.net with relevant details.

7. Modifications

Partner-Up Inc. may update this AUP periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
